Data Deletion Instructions

Strategift is a marketing automation platform. When you connect a Facebook Page, an Instagram professional account, a Threads profile or a Pinterest account, we store only what is needed to publish content on your behalf. This page explains exactly what we store, how to delete it yourself in under a minute, and how to ask us to delete it for you.
What we store when you connect an account

We do not store your password, your private messages, your follower lists, or any data from accounts you have not connected yourself. Access tokens are stored encrypted.
Option 1: delete it yourself, immediately
- Sign in at marketing.strategift.com/dashboard.
- Open the channel you want to remove, for example Facebook Page, Instagram, Threads or Pinterest.
- Press Disconnect on that channel.
Disconnecting deletes the stored connection and its access token right away. After that, Strategift can no longer read from or publish to that account.
Option 2: ask us to delete everything
Send an email to rynaldimu@strategift.com from the email address on your Strategift account, with the subject Data deletion request. Tell us whether you want a single channel removed or your entire account erased.
We confirm by email once it is done, and we complete requests within 30 days of receiving them. If we cannot verify that the request comes from the account owner, we will ask you one clarifying question rather than act on it.
Removing Strategift from Facebook and Instagram directly
You can also revoke our access from Meta's own settings, without contacting us. On Facebook, open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove Strategift. On Instagram, open Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and remove Strategift. Revoking access there stops Strategift from using your account, and the tokens we hold become invalid at the same moment. To also erase the records on our side, use Option 1 or Option 2 above.
What we keep after deletion, and why
We keep payment and invoice records for as long as Indonesian tax and accounting law requires us to. Those records contain the transaction, not your social account data. We also keep content that has already been published to your own website or social account, because that content lives on your property and is yours to edit or remove there.
